SugarSnap is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to estimate the carbohydrate content of food, and allows storage and retrieval of health and wellness data which is displayed without alteration, interpretation or analysis.

IMPORTANT HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:

• The App is not a medical device and is not intended to manage, diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• The App's carbohydrate estimates are provided for informational purposes only.
• We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy of the AI carbohydrate detection feature.
• Never make medical decisions based solely on information from the App.
• Always consult with healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions and treatment.
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. User Accounts and Age Requirements

4.1 Account Registration

To use the App, You must register and maintain an account with accurate, complete, and current information.

4.2 Age Requirements

• Users under 18 years of age must have the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times when using the App.
• Parents or legal guardians accept these Terms on behalf of users under 18 years of age and are responsible for supervising their use of the App at all times.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Some App functionality is only available to paid subscribers.
• Regional pricing, promotional pricing, and discounts may vary.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed through Your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew as per Your chosen Subscription unless cancelled in accordance with Your app store's terms.
• Subscription management and cancellation must be done through Your respective app store.
• Subscription fees are subject to change with notice.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Your respective app store according to their policies.

6. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the photos and data You submit to the App.

6.2 License to Us

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use Your content for providing and improving the Service.

• You may request the deletion of Your account and any associated non-anonymized data. Anonymized data that cannot be linked to your identity may be retained for legitimate business or research purposes.
